I offer Nutrition Coaching and Workshops on using Food as Medicine.. My cooking includes common herbs, everyday recipes, best methods of cooking, meal plans, and simple mindfulness techniques in addition to providing recipes and step by step guidance.

Nutritionist by passion and also armed with required credentials. Worked as an IT professional for more than two decades and used my knowledge to keep myself healthy. I have immensely benefited from these practices and am inspired to serve others. Welcome!
