Take a minute and reflect: How much time you spent sitting in quietness not listening to music, scrolling on your phone or staring at a big screen! Mumbling and stumbling for an answer?


Our bodies need space element to relax, unwind and release stress. Sit calmly - watching nature, feeling the soft breeze, hearing natural sounds aiding the body’s natural healing abilities.


Also cleanse yourself of negative thoughts, over analysing things and bottled up anger. All this heats up your body from inside and increases inflammation making bodies susceptible to diseases.


Always remember that our mind and bodies are interconnected, health of one depends on another.
