Fresh Fruit Relishes

Relishes are really easy to make and can be eaten with Indian breads, White Bread, added to cakes and cereals. We really don’t need to eat all the preservatives in jams and readymade relishes.

You just need cut fruits normal ratio is three cups fruit: one cup sugar and ½ tsp salt, juice of half lemon.
You can try Plum, Cherries and Plum, Peach, Mango, Phalsa, Raspberry, any other juicy local fruit.
Store in a glass container, make in small amounts and eat fresh. This is peach relish that I have shared, tastes awesome with some cream on toast.
