Mint is a common herb used in Indian kitchens. It is used in chutneys, mango drink, flavouring vegetables gravies, with curd and also making breads. Mint does not lose its medicinal properties on heating, baking or drying, so mint can be used fresh, in dried or cooked form to get same benefits.

  • Acid Reflux: A tea made with mint leaves immediately relieves acid reflux.

  • Hyperpigmentation/Skin Issues/Insect Bites: Apply a paste of mint leaves over affected area for 15 mts

  • Stress: Add mint leaves/mint vaporiser to your bath water, it elevates mood

  • Weight loss: Mint aids in fat loss, so its good to have in drinks and chutneys

  • Detox: Take mint water in morning, its rids body of toxins

Mint Tea Boil 1 cup of water in a pan.

Crush fresh Pudina leaves and add them to the cup. Pour the hot water into a cup having leaves.

Add 3-4 drops of lemon.

You may add a tea bag/tea leaves to hot water in a kettle before adding crushed mint leaves for mint flavored tea
