Power of small, power of 15 minutes!

Think it over, if you wake up 15 minutes earlier than when you normally get up, it will get a positive change in life. At times we feel its just a bit of time we have and waste it in looking at social media or idle chat, use it, bit by bit for your own self.

1. 15 minutes cardio, planks or a weight lifts
2. Read on any topic, 10-15 pages.
3. Breathing exercises for 15 minutes.
4. Wind walk for 15 minutes.
5. Dance to your favourite number.
6. Take care of your plants.
7. Make yourself a healthy salad.
8. 15 minutes of mirror talk, look at yourself and say good things about yourself to mirror.
9. Sit quietly and sip your tea, keep devices away.
10. Watch a motivational video.
11. Start a painting, stitching, macramé project and give it 15 minutes each day
Its your life, daily grind keeps us mostly in stressed parasympathetic mode, we are always rushing and it needs to be switched off.
