Everyday foods with less number of ingredients can actually give one lasting health benefits. Each meal should have not more than ten ingredients and slow cooked.
Its very important:
to focus on food when we eat and keep gadgets away
eat in steel, glass or metal plates
eat freshly cooked food
use local and seasonal ingredients
a meal should not be more that 400 Kcals
eat slowly and take at least half an hour break after meals
eat at same time everyday
take the last meal of day preferably before 8 pm
If we alter our food habits and opt for healthy options, it will go a long way in preventing diseases.
