Life giving oxygen is all around us yet we ignore it🌍

When our bodies receive right amount of oxygen, circulation increases, digestive system functions well and absorbs nutrients well. Also reduces our anxiety levels😇

There is no better way than the daily practice of anulom vilom, sheetali, bhramri, sitkari to keep our mind is calm and our gut working efficiently 🌿

The catch is that you need that 25 minutes of me-time completely to yourself and you need to do your breathing exercises in an unhurried manner. Setting such boundaries for self nurturing is important, the positive effects will multiply 🌴

Also eat 20% less than your actual diet to leave some space for air in our bodies🌱


Choose music, because the combination of music therapy with cooling pranayamas is a great was for decreasing inflammation levels and increasing gut repair and increasing immunity levels🐚

Don’t wait till you have to PAY for oxygen in a hospital, spare 25 minutes each day to see the miracle of calmness and oxygenation enter your Prana. 💫
